has been distinctive from European daggers in having but a single edge,
the heavier blade perfectly
balanced for use as a short sword.
This Highland Regimental Officers Dirk follows the 18th Century pattern
of embellishments on the Scabbard.
All Dirks have the finest quality hand wrought tempered steel blades,
with solid cowhide sheaths, and come supplied in a gift box, with historical
